管道阻火器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

之前介紹SY42AX煤礦水管路減壓閥應(yīng)用案例，現(xiàn)在介紹管道阻火器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)管道阻火器是適用于石化、化工、輕工等行業(yè)的可燃?xì)怏w輸送過(guò)程中的安全裝置。廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)制造的管道阻火器是經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖杌鹄碚撛O(shè)計(jì)和精密的機(jī)械設(shè)備加工制造而成的。根據(jù)阻火性能和阻火等級(jí)可分為阻爆燃型和阻爆轟型兩大類(lèi)。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)：Structural design
產(chǎn)品由芯件和殼體兩部份組成，芯件是核心，是由兩層超薄的不銹鋼帶，一條被壓成波N形，另一條平面鋼帶則將它圍繞圓心緊緊纏繞而成。從而構(gòu)成無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件內(nèi)部有一個(gè)十字結(jié)構(gòu)的支架（或在表面壓上丫形架）借以增強(qiáng)芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被點(diǎn)燃的介質(zhì)所產(chǎn)生的爆炸壓力沖散。介質(zhì)從三角形狹道中通過(guò)，阻火器也正是通過(guò)它來(lái)阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應(yīng)”，就是火焰與器壁的碰撞進(jìn)行能量轉(zhuǎn)換，降低了溫度。以此原理來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通過(guò)，再加上足夠的流道長(zhǎng)度來(lái)吸收火焰的熱量，使其在芯件中熄滅，避免了氣體在芯件的另一端被復(fù)燃的可能性。

管道阻火器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)維護(hù)
1、為了保證阻火器的性能達(dá)到充分使用，在安裝阻火器前，必須認(rèn)真閱讀廠(chǎng)家提供的說(shuō)明書(shū)。
2、每隔半年應(yīng)檢查一次。檢查阻火器是否有堵塞、變形或腐蝕等問(wèn)題。
3、被堵塞的阻火器應(yīng)清洗干凈，保證每個(gè)孔眼暢通，對(duì)于變形或腐蝕的阻火層應(yīng)更換。
4、清洗阻火器芯件時(shí)，應(yīng)采用高壓蒸汽、非腐蝕性溶劑或壓縮空氣吹掃，不得采用鋒利的物件刷洗。
5、重新安裝阻火器時(shí)，應(yīng)更新墊片并確認(rèn)密封面已清潔和無(wú)損傷，不得漏氣。
